Pulkit Kapila is a co-founder of CORE-CSI he is responsible for company strategic vision, capabilities, and business development for the Intelligence, Department of Defense and Federal / Civilian customer space. Prior to launching CORE-CSI, he worked as the Director of Cyber and Intelligence Group at CRGT; performed as a Project Manager for SETA Contracting at Booz Allen Hamilton; and served as a Program Manager with Northrop Grumman. Pulkit holds an M.S. in Information Systems from George Washington University and has completed coursework for the Executive MBA from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Carlos E. Cruzis the Cyber Solutions Architect for CORE-CSI. Through Consistent Focus and Consistent Action, he is responsible for designing and integrating unique solutions that revolutionize client’s businesses!
With over 20+ years of experience combined, in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, he has been fortunate to have experience in many facets of the Cyber Domain. Mr. Cruz is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and a former GS-15 DoD Civilian and Firefighter. His knowledge in Network Engineering, Data Center Integration, Enterprise & Security Architecture, among other things, make him a great addition to our team and a prime catalyst for helping our clients achieve their dreams.
Prior to joining CORE-CSI, Mr. Cruz was a DoD Civilian working as the Security Architect for the Pentagon prior to joining the United States Navy, Fleet Cyber Command, as a Deputy Director (GS-15), leading one of their Cybersecurity missions.

Debi McGoldrick leads the Contracts Department for Core-CSI and she is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s contractual matters, as well as developing the service center infrastructure beyond the Contracts Department. She has over 20 years’ experience focused on scalable process and compliance in government contracting. She also serves as the company’s Small Business Liaison Officer and Corporate Compliance Ethics Officer. Prior to joining Core-CSI, she held leadership positions at CRGT Inc. and CIBER, Inc. She has a Master Certificate in Government Contracting through George Washington University, Washington DC.
